Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Three national health plan options through Aetna. Tripadvisor covers the full medical premiums for two of our medical plans for individual coverage and provides competitive contribution rates for dependent coverage as well.

Retirement Savings Plan - Employer Matching
  • Tripadvisor matches fifty cents on each dollar the employee contributes up to 6% of your eligible pre-tax earnings

Lifestyle Benefit
  • Tripadvisor provides employees with an annual spending account to use on personal expenses relating to what suits their everyday lifestyle.  It can be used for personal travel, physical, finanical and emotional wellbeing, family support, and more.  Eligibility for the Lifestyle Benefit begins on the first day of employment, provided such employment begins prior to November 1 (Employees who start on or after November 1 will be eligible for the benefit on January 1 of the following year).  Employees can receive a taxable reimbursment of up to $1,250 in the first calendar year of employment. 

Paid Time Off
  • 15 vacation days annually (increases to 20 days in January of the third year of employment) in addition to 11 paid holidays per calendar year and a paid Holiday Break for weekdays between Christmas and New Year.

  • Up to $5,000/year for approved degree programs​​​​​​​
